Reginald Nwamara
Founder / Executive Director
He holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Information Systems Management from Central Michigan University (USA), a Bachelor of Philosophy in Political Philosophy from Urban University in Rome (Italy), and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Public Relations from Imo State University in Nigeria. He also holds professional certifications in Information Technology Analysis and Data Analysis from Springboard Institute in Maryland, USA.
Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Activations Executive for Starcom’s Communications PLC in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where he led large-scale outreach and growth initiatives across the Eastern Region. As Co-Founder of EaglePrime Consults, he has helped design developmental pathways that prepare students and young professionals to compete internationally through blended learning and career positioning.
He is an experienced public speaker, image strategist, and corporate training facilitator, with strengths in strategic communication and leadership coaching. He is also technically credentialed as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Business Associate (SAP), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Across his work, Reginald is driven by one goal: to equip students — especially those from Africa — with the preparation, confidence, and access they need to succeed anywhere in the world.
Ebele Okoye-Nwamara
Managing Director
She has lived and worked in Nigeria, London, Sweden, and the United States, giving her a global lens on opportunity, equity, and strategic impact.
She holds a Bachelors in English Education and a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management. She has earned multiple professional awards and certifications within Information Technology and Business Administration.
Ebele specializes in Organizational Transformation, Change Management and Strategic Delivery. She is a certified Agile Coach and Transformational Agile Leader with deep experience in Technology, Agile execution, culture change, and team performance. She currently serves as a Vice President at one of the largest banking institutions in the United States, where she leads multiple agile teams and complex programs in a high-regulation and high-stakes environment.
Ebele is also the Founder and President of Wells of Treasure Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of women from underserved communities. Her work is focused on access to education, to financial stability, and to real support systems.
She is deeply committed to transformational change, empowering women, building dignity, and helping families from underserved communities move from survival to stability.

Admissions & Visa Specialist
Ekennia is skilled in SOP/essay coaching, documentation quality control, and compliance with embassy guidelines, ensuring applications are accurate, compelling, and interview-ready. She collaborates effectively with parents, sponsors, and partner institutions, aligning expectations while protecting timelines and budgets. A calm problem-solver, she brings risk assessment and contingency planning to complex cases, while keeping students encouraged and accountable. Recognized for responsive support and measurable outcomes, she is passionate about expanding access to global education and turning ambition into admissible and fundable offers.
Vivian Chukwuma
Admissions & Visa Specialist
Vivian holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the New York Learning Hub, where she also earned a Professional Certificate in Advanced Strategic Studies and Policy Implementation. She is a graduate of Public Administration from the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, and a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration and Local Government of Nigeria.
With a strong foundation in administration, strategic planning, and educational consultancy, Vivian brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and cross-cultural insight to her work. Benjamin Nwamara
Program Research Coordinator
Benjamin partners closely with admissions, training, and operations teams to validate assumptions, track KPIs, and translate research into actions that improve student outcomes and operational efficiency. His toolkit includes stakeholder interviewing, literature and market scans, spreadsheet-based analysis, basic dashboards, and meticulous documentation/QA for repeatable methods. He maintains excellent CRM hygiene, timelines, and version control, ensuring projects stay on track and insights are easy to reuse. Equally comfortable leading a focus group or presenting to leadership, he communicates complex ideas simply and diplomatically. Curious by nature and calm under deadlines, Benjamin is committed to continuous learning and to delivering research that moves the business forward.

She studied Economics at Enugu State College of Education, in affiliation with the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, building a strong analytical foundation and a service ethic rooted in reliability and transparency. At EaglePrime, Mavis is often your first point of contact—calm, organized, and solutions-driven. She onboards new inquiries, schedules consultations and mock sessions, shares the right checklists, and keeps applications, scholarships, and visa timelines on track. She liaises with parents/sponsors, supports secure payments and confirmations, and provides timely updates via WhatsApp and email so you never have to chase information.
